Q&A: Adverse adjudication? What are my chances of qualifying for the Air Force? Posted: 02 Dec 2013 02:05 AM PST
The Complete Equine Legalcan a boarding farm owner sell a boarder.... Question by aangtheman: Adverse adjudication? What are my chances of qualifying for the Air Force? Ok, here is my situation. Note: this all happened 3 years ago. I have a disorderly conduct hazardous / physi off on my record which I was found not guilty of. The night of my “arrest” I had smoke some marijuana and I admitted it to the arresting officer. I was originally taken in with a DUI charge but I never got processed and was let go the same night. I went to court and the judge found me not guilty and all I had to do was write a check to donate to a local boys & girls club. My license was never suspended nor was i given anything else, ex. community server or probation. And that was the end of it. Although, I have racked up about 5 traffic violations within 8 years of my driving career. All of which were minor violations. I did extensive research and found out I may be DQ for entry into the AF because of my disorderly conduct that I was never charged of. I only had to “donate” money. Other than the traffic violations my slate is cleaned. I want to be prepared with the right questions and answers before I talk to a recruiter. What is adverse adjudication? Does this apply to my situation? Do I mention about the DUi even though i wasn’t found guilty of that crime? Best answer: Answer by MrsBama2007 Give your answer to this question below! |
