Question by osti2622: does it make a difference to hire a lawyer in a dui case?
my husband got arrested and we had sessions court, he has never has a dui ever or any other problems. they offered him 2 days in jail 3 day public work, dui school and a fine of 465 plus court cost. he got arrested at .08BAC but later blowed .07BAC. will it help to hire an attorney?or will I end up paying more in the long wrong?

too many! (too many already die from DUI cases
the odd thing is that the drunk usually lives when the people
s/he crashed into -die..
