The Complete Equine Legalcan a boarding farm owner sell a boarder.... Question by nismogurl95: What is the punishment for revoking deferred ajudication probation? my husband is on probation for theft he got revoked for several things: resisting transport, driving with invalid liscense, resisting arrest i bonded him out then he went to report and his po arrested him for not paying his fines, not paying fines, and being out after curfew. Question is what can they do to him when he goes to court? He has an idea but not too sure. They can either send him to a state jail for 2 years or a place to pay off fines and hours. and sit his other charges in county jail. Does anyone know differently?
