Question by magali: What will happen if i got arrested for reckless driving and i am deferred probation? ?
I just realized I was not read Miranda rights and my crimes are in Texas. I was pulled over by a state trooper. My deferred probation is for felony for possession.

Miranda only applies to custodial interrogation. If you were not transported to a police station and interrogated then Miranda does not apply e.g. they stopped you for speeding, found drugs, then issued a citation for deferred probation = no Miranda needed if that’s what happened.
