Dui / legal question? Posted: 29 May 2012 03:03 AM PDT Question by skitzo: Dui / legal question? I got a dui when I hit a house. I got sued and I did not have money to pay for the house, so my licence was suspened for not paying the judgement against me for the house I hit. Can I start making payments like a $ 100.00 dollars a month to their lawyers and get my licence back or do I have to pay the whole 10,000 dollars all at once to get my licence back, please help if you know anything about this kind of thing. *I now do not drink anymore.
