Question by : dui question- legal herbal smoke?
So i had too much to drink and got dui a few weeks ago. When i was stopped the police searched my car for drugs. I had a tin container with an empty bag of “Cloud 10″ herbal “potpourri” (legal) and some rolling papers inside. The police left it in my car and never mentioned finding it (although im sure they did). Should i be worried about this coming up in court? How detailed are police reports etc.?

Im really upset about this. Any input would be greatly appreciated

If they confiscated it, be CONCERNED. Never worry. it is good for nothing and bad for your health and desire for happiness.
