When Can You Get Your License Back After a New York DWI Refusal?

One of the problems with a refusal case is the license issue. In most cases you will lose your administrative license hearing. The judge will find you to be a “true” refusal legally, and then revoke (cancel) your license privileges to drive for one year. When do you get these privileges back? How can you get them back?
